Alberto Miranda

Deputy Secretary of State, Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Portugal

Alberto Souto de Miranda was born in 1958.

He has a degree in Law (pre-Bologna) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Legal-Economic Sciences, postgraduate in European Law from the Free University of Brussels (1983), postgraduate in Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Classic University of Lisbon (1985) and Master in Legal Sciences (pre-Bologna), European Law, Faculty of Law of the Classic University of Lisbon (1993).

Until his appointment as Deputy Secretary of State and Communications, he was a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, member of the Audit and Internal Control Committee of Caixa Geral de Depósitos. , member of the Nomination, Evaluation and Remuneration Committee of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fundiestamo, and non-executive director of the Eng.
